Day 5- 30 Day Coloring Challenge: MFT Bundles of Baby Clothes Shaker Card

My friend had a baby boy!!! That means I can make a baby card! ^_^ Continuing with things in my to-use pile, today I have MFT’s Bundle of Baby Clothes Dies which are probably in my top 10 of favorite stand alone dies. They’re just so cute!

MFT currently has a Color Challenge going that’s a yellow, orange, green and blue theme.

I don’t have the exact same colours but I tried to match it the best I could.

I die cut 6 clothespins, the clothesline, shirt, overalls, bib, and onesie out of white cardstock and ink blended them. I used the following Distress Oxide Inks:

Clothespins: Gathered Twigs
Shirt: Carved Pumpkin
Overalls: Faded Jeans
Bib: Cracked Pistachio
Onesie: Fossilized Amber

I stamped the background using Concord and 9th’s Polka Dot Turnabout Stamp using MFT Daffodil, MFT Orange Fizz, Hero Arts Tide Pool, and MFT Nighshift Blue Ink.

I cut the second largest MFT Single Stitch Line Rectangle Frames out of white cardstock and for the inner panel, I ink blended clouds with MFT’s Cloud stencil and Distress Ink Tumbled Glass.

I filled the shaker card with a mixture of confetti, sequins, and chunky glitter.
