MFT Stitched Heart Grid Valentine’s Day Card

I had a short period of time to craft today and decided to pull out MFT’s Stitched Heart Grid Die. This die is retired and I’m finally using it! There’s not a better day of the year I feel, to use it than Valentine’s Day! This is what I ended up creating:

I cut hearts out of red card stock and Simon Says Stamp Glitter Crimson card stock. I die cut the stitched lines twice on a piece of white card stock so it spans the panel. I cut down the panel so it was slightly smaller than an A2 card front and used a corner chomper in the top left and bottom right corners. I also corner chomped the card base in the same spots. I alternated gluing the down the red card stock and glitter card stock hearts with my Lawn Fawn glue tube.

I popped my white card stock panel with 1 layer of 3M foam tape and adhered it to a card front that was the same color as my red card stock hearts. I adhered my card front to a white 110lb card base.

Just a quickie craft project today. I’ll be beck soon with some box pop up cards. Thanks for stopping by!!
