Hey Everybody!
I’m here in sunny Edmonton (I wish you could hear the sarcasm in my voice), we actually just got over a -30C streak that lasted like 2 weeks!!! I’m so glad that it’s only -7C now but it’s supposed to get cold again this weekend. Anyways, here I am dreaming of warmer days, using this super cute stamp set from Mama Elephant- Dandelion Wishes.
If you’re unfamiliar with box cards, you can check out my box card base tutorial below:

This box card had 3 slats in the box to start and used patterned paper from Recollections Sweet Baby Girl Paper Pad. I also used MFT’s Cloud Stencil and Tumbled Glass Distress Ink to create the cloud panels.
I stamped and die cut out the images from Mama Elephant’s Dandelion Wishes Stamp set in Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink. I used the following Copic Colours:
Rabbit: E47, E43, E41, R22, R20
Raccoon: W7, W5, C3, C2, R22, R20
Fox: E07, E08, E53, E50
Dandelions: Y08, Y06, C1, 0
Greens: G28, G24, YG00, YG03, YG06
Mushrooms: R29, R27, R17, E50, E53
Mouse: W3, W2, R22, R20
Stump: E37, E33, E31
I die cut grass using Mama Elephant’s Grassy Trio and used Craft Smith Green Paper Pad. The card stock in this particular paper pad is textured and I though it gave a nice touch to the card.
I adhered all my grass and images into the card. My mouse and dandelion fluffs were adhered onto strips of acetate and then adhered onto the slats.
I heat embossed the sentiment, “To my beloved friend. May all your wishes come true”, with WOW Opaque Bright White Embossing Powder.
I adhered a couple dandelions and the mouse onto the back of the card as a decorative element to the writing space.
To finish up my card, I brushed some Spectrum Noir Clear Overlay Brush Pen onto all the dandelion fluffs.

That finishes up by card. This card was entered into Mama Elephant’s Unofficial Facebook Challenge
