Avery Elle Party Pals Valentine’s Day Card

I had 20 minutes to quickly create something yesterday so I made a simple Valentine’s Day card with these simply adorable bunnies from Avery Elle’s Party Pals stamp set.

I stamped the images with Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink and coloured them with Copic markers. I used the following colours: W2, W0, 0, R20, Y06, RV14, RV13, RV23.

I took a Versamarker and coloured in the hearts so I could heat emboss them with Recollections Ruby Tinsel Embossing Powder.

Using Mama Elephant’s Basic Set, I die cut a stitched rectangle and ink blended a simple background with Distress Oxide Inks Faded Jeans and Squeezed Lemonade and my Clarity Stencil Brushes. I quickly hit the background with my heat tool so I could heat emboss, “you”, with WOW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder.

I popped the images up with 3M foam tape and adhered my panel to a piece of plaid paper from MFT’s Plaid Patterns Merry and Bright Paper Pad.
